We wish to inform that PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB) and its subsidiaries have not, at current, planned and issued any proposal or tender for the said project. As a gas infrastructure company, PGB is under the purview of Energy Commission (EC) pursuant to The Gas Supply Act (Amendment) 2016 and Third Party Access (TPA) Code. Any projects in relation to regulated pipelines shall be provided by EC.

PGB never submitted any proposal for the said project and have not appointed any entity on behalf of PGB to expedite any related tender or documents of the project.
