The ROS blackout period has commenced as of 11 May 2020 and will be in effect until 14 June 2020. As communicated in our previous entries, this blackout period is necessary to facilitate the implementation of the new PETRONAS Licensing Management System (PLMS) which is scheduled to go live on 15 June 2020.During this time, you will not be able to perform your licensing & registration transactions in ROS. Please refer to the table below for the transactions that will be impacted during the ROS blackout period.
You will be able to conduct your licensing & registration activities in PLMS from 15 June 2020 onwards.
