Important Reminder: To Update Contact Details and State Code in PLMS

Dear Vendor,

1. To update latest contact details in PLMS
   
   
   • As indicated in PETRONAS License & Registration General Guideline, vendor is responsible to ensure that the latest contact details declared in PETRONAS Licensing Management System (PLMS) is correct and updated in a timely manner.
   • Vendor’s contact details which had been updated in SMART will not be automatically replicated in PLMS. Hence, vendor is reminded to update their latest contact details in PLMS separately.
   • Vendor’s contact details which had been updated in SMART will not be automatically replicated in PLMS. Hence, vendor is reminded to update their latest contact details in PLMS separately.
     
     
2. State code for Vendor’s Shareholders and Directors, Vendor’s Parent Shareholders & Vendor’s Parent Directors (if applicable)
   
   
   • As indicated in PLMS Supplier User Guide, vendor is required to indicate the state code for each of the vendor’s shareholder and/or director, vendor’s parent shareholder and/or director.
   • For information, state code K or H is only applicable for individual with K or H code on his/her IC.
   • Hence, vendor’s shareholder and/or director or the vendor’s parent, with state code K or H on his/her IC is required to declare the K or H code in PLMS. The information is used to determine vendor’s locality status in PLMS.

Vendor may update your latest contact details and the state code (if applicable) by submitting application to update in PLMS i.e. Update Company Application.
