As communicated in our What’s Next Newsletter #3 dated 6th February 2020, PETRONAS is upgrading the current licensing and registration system (ROS) into a new system named PETRONAS Licensing Management System (PLMS). To facilitate the implementation of this system, there will be a scheduled blackout period from 11 May 2020 to 14 June 2020, during which you will not be able to perform your licensing & registration transactions in ROS.
Please refer to the timeline above in preparation for this blackout period. Please ensure that you submit or complete all applications in ROS before 10 May 2020 to avoid any transaction complications. Do look out for the blackout announcement in your mailbox or the Vendor Announcement Portal. Your understanding and cooperation are much appreciated to ensure a smooth transition into the new system.
