We employ rigorous product stewardship programmes to ensure all our innovations meet the highest standards of quality and safety throughout their lifecycle — from inception to development, through production and to customer application. This increases the commercial opportunities of our products, which allow our customers to penetrate new markets, expand their businesses and leverage maximised value.
We embed the principles of Responsible Care® into our business, and work closely with the Chemical Industries Council of Malaysia (CICM) to drive the implementation of higher standards of chemical safety and regulatory compliance domestically.
We also strive to go beyond compliance by systematically conducting reviews on existing and new products being developed, so that our customers and stakeholders benefit with minimum health and environmental impacts.

We have in place a global emergency hotline network, supported by a leading international service provider, for our customers and stakeholders to seek critical information at any time with ease.

We continuously engage and educate our customers, suppliers and distributors on product safe handling and use through physical and virtual product stewardship engagements.

We help our customers maximise the benefits of our products and applications via regular technical exchanges.

Regulatory Compliance

We stay up-to-date on legislative developments to ensure all our products comply with local regulatory requirements in the markets we serve.

We regularly conduct rigorous screenings of our product portfolio to identify any substances of concern / very high concern that may be present and initiate steps for mitigation where necessary.

We implement third-party contractor assessments to ensure alignment with our HSE and product safety assessments.

We continuously perform hazard assessments to ensure accurate representation of existing information, identify areas for improvement and eliminate any hazard concerns.
