Dear Sir/Ms/Madam,
PETRONAS is in the process of updating our Vendor Privacy Notice to reflect changes that will make it easier for our vendors to understand the personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use that data, and how we share and process personal data within PETRONAS, its Group Companies and with our third parties. This is part of PETRONAS’s ongoing commitment to be transparent about how we use your data and keep it safe and in accordance with our enhanced efforts to ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In line with the above, we will be implementing a new declaration checkbox in the SUS Portal to obtain your consent, as a PETRONAS third party vendor/contractor, to the processing of your personal data.
The new updates will take effect on 21st July 2020.
