Dear valued vendors,

PETRONAS Licensing and Registration have been receiving enquiries and reports that there are third parties i.e. companies or individuals that advertise to provide consultancy services on license or registration in PETRONAS.

Kindly be cautioned that we do not hire any third party to provide any business consultancy services to potential vendor to apply and obtain license or registration from PETRONAS.

PETRONAS Licensing & Registration have official channels to assist vendor at ‘Free of Charge’ :

1. PETRONAS Toll Free Hotline Number 1-800-88-0011. Business hours are from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (except public holiday)
2. Dedicated email services to lrs_enquiries@petronas.com
3. Self Service Kiosk at six (6) locations:
